John “Papa” Gros is a bedrock New Orleans artist, a keyboardist, singer and songwriter who draws on funk, rhythm & blues and Americana songcraft; he also knows his way around the Mardi Gras music repertoire about as well as anyone.

Dr. John is New Orleans’ own 6 Time Grammy Winner, Rock Hall of Fame Inductee, international music legend and cultural icon celebrating the 50th anniversary of his ground-breaking first album Gris-Gris, on Rolling Stone’s list of the Best Albums of All Time.
